Maes B, Wales' best Welsh language pop music festival comes to Ebbw Vale this summer as part of the Blaenau Gwent and Heads of the Valleys National Eisteddfod - and it all starts with a dance extravaganza - complete with foam party.

So get into holiday mode and get down to Ebbw Vale from 31 July - 7 August this year for a week of great music, starting with a foamy blast from the past!
